Order Notes:
Please note that all transactions on this site will be carried out in Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Amdega Conservatory Repairs reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases without prior arrangement.
Delivery:
The majority of products listed on this website have a delivery time of 2-3 days. this is dependent on stock amount and time of order (working Hours 8:30 to 17:30, Mon to Fri) Next day delivery is available.

Returns Policy & Guarantee:
RETURNS POLICY - Cancellation:
You have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing us, in writing (email or post) within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods. You must include your order reference, the name or code of the items you are returning and the date you place your order. On receipt of your cancellation notice we will contact you by email to confirm the address for items to be returned to. Goods must be returned at your own expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey.
When we receive the returned Goods and have checked them to ensure they are re-sellable we will refund all money paid for the Goods (Excluding all delivery charges). Although some orders have qualified for free delivery, Amdega Conservatory Repairs has still incurred cost to send your item to you, therefore there will be a 15% restocking Fee. All returned goods should be unopened undamaged and unused. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost to remedy any such damage.
RETURNS POLICY - Defective or Damaged Goods:
You should inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and notify us by email within 48 Hours of delivery if the Goods are damaged. You will be deemed to have accepted the Goods if you have not contacted us within 7 working days of delivery.
